We use your data to provide architectural services, generate quotations and invoices, manage your portal account, communicate about your project, and meet legal obligations.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Contract — fulfilling services you have requested. Legitimate interests — maintaining project records and improving our services. Legal obligation — retaining financial records as required by HMRC. Consent — analytics cookies (withdrawable at any time).
4. How Long We Keep Your Data
Project records and drawings: 7 years from completion. Financial records: 6 years (HMRC). Enquiries that did not proceed: 12 months. Portal credentials: deleted on request or after 2 years of inactivity.
5. Who We Share Your Data With
We do not sell your data. We may share it with Leeds or Bradford City Council (planning applications), Yorkshire Water (build-over enquiries), our email and hosting providers (under data processing agreements), and Google Analytics (anonymised, consent only).
